💡 Thought: Don’t Overthink It, Take That First Step!
Starting anything new can be both exciting and nerve-racking.
You go from the excitement of a new idea to telling yourself, 'This won't work.'
Eventually, you feel so overwhelmed that you take no action.
We've all been there, everyone has felt this way at some point.
What if there was a better way to approach this?
Yes, I'm talking about taking the first step.
Instead of overthinking the end goal, focus on your first step.
It sounds simple but it's quite effective.
For example:
You would like to participate in a marathon but don't think you can. Instead of overthinking, take the first step of committing to a 10-minute walk daily.
Okay! This is getting too serious. Here's a dad joke to lighten the mood. 🥴

Quick disclaimer: You might be scared while taking that step.
One of the fears I had to confront was “What if it doesn’t work out?”
This is a valid fear. But here's my pushback:
What if it does? 🤯
What if that application is approved?
What if your offer is accepted?
What if the idea is profitable?
What if they say yes?
What if _______?
You just never know how things could play out.
Life is full of endless possibilities but getting started increases your chances of success.
P.S. I hope this inspires you to revisit something you gave up on a while ago and take that first step. I'm rooting for you!
